Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Email tajcompany779@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items and gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14 day cooling off period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the conditions above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at tajcompany779@gmail.com.
