Dispatch, charges and how to send something back.

Dispatch

In-stock orders leave our Lahore warehouse within 48 hours. Delivery across Pakistan usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your city.

Out of stock items

If an item shows as out of stock you can still register interest with Place Demand; we will contact you when it is available or suggest the nearest edition.

Returns

You have 3 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email tajcompany779@gmail.com before sending anything back — parcels returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will put it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days. If more than 15 working days have passed since approval, contact us.
